Victims of identity theft, or law enforcement agencies on their behalf, may be entitled to certain records relating to fraudulent transactions that may have occurred at Audible, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

If you're a victim of identity theft, Audible works with Amazon to process your records requests. To make your request, follow the instructions from the How to Obtain Amazon Transaction Records After Identity Theft page in Amazon Help Center. 

If you're sending your request via email or mail, be sure to specify that you're seeking records relating to Audible and include the supporting information listed in the instructions to ensure prompt handling of your request. 

Law enforcement only 

If you're a member of law enforcement investigating identity theft on behalf of a victim, submit your request through Amazon Law Enforcement Request Tracker or by mail to the address listed on Amazon How to Obtain Amazon Transaction Records After Identity Theft page.
