How do I upload diagnostic logs on Android?

1. Open the Audible app.
2. Reproduce the issue — perform the action that causes the problem or go to the screen where it occurs.
3. Select Profile.
4. Select Settings.
5. Select Help & Support under Customer Support.
6. Select the overflow menu (three dots).
7. Select Share app diagnostics.
8. Review the information and select Submit.
9. A 6-digit code will appear on your screen - save or share this code with Customer Service if you contact us about your issue.

How do I upload diagnostic logs on iOS?

1. Open the Audible app.
2. Reproduce the issue — perform the action that causes the problem or go to the screen where it occurs.
3. Select Profile.
4. Select Settings (the cog wheel).
5. Select Upload Diagnostic Data, the last option at the very bottom of the page.
6. Tap Share app diagnostics.
7. If you have app version 4.67.1 or above, a 6-digit code will appear on your screen.
8. If you see a code, save it and share it with Customer Service if you contact us about your issue.

What happens after I upload logs?

When you upload diagnostic logs, your diagnostic information is sent to our team. Our engineers can use your logs to identify and fix technical problems more quickly.
