Why are some books missing from my Goodreads Want to Read shelf in the Audible app?

Only books that have audio versions available on Audible will appear in your library. Books without audio versions or those not available on Audible won't be displayed. As we continue improving this feature, some titles with multiple editions may not match exactly between Goodreads and Audible, which means they might temporarily be unavailable in your Want to Read shelf on Audible. We're continuously enhancing this feature and working to improve accuracy over time.

How do I manage my Goodreads Want to Read shelf?

To add or remove books from your Goodreads Want to Read shelf, visit Goodreads directly. Any changes you make will automatically sync to your Audible library.

How do I hide or remove Goodreads Want to Read shelf from my Audible library?

You can temporarily hide your Goodreads Want to Read by following these steps:

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Select the Settings gear icon.
3. Select Connect to other apps.
4. Toggle off Goodreads integration.

To permanently remove your Goodreads books from Audible, unlink your Goodreads account via the Goodreads settings page. Please note that unlinking will disable all connected features between Goodreads and Audible, as well as between Goodreads and Amazon, including your Kindle account if you have one.
