How do I change my marketplace? You can change your marketplace from the country selector on Audible. Please note that you can only switch between countries within your marketplace region — to move to a different region (e.g., from Germany to France), please contact us. On desktop: Go to the Audible site.Select the country and currency indicator in the top navigation (it shows your country's flag and currency code).Select Change marketplace.Choose your preferred country from the list.Select Update. Notes: If you have an active Audible membership, your membership plan will be updated for your selected country.To complete a marketplace change, you'll need to update your payment method with a valid billing address in your selected country. On mobile web: Select the main menu (three horizontal lines).Select the country and currency indicator (it shows your country's flag and currency code).Choose your preferred country from the list.Select Update. In the app: Go to your Profile.Select the Settings gear icon.Select Marketplace.Choose your preferred country.Confirm your selection. What happens to my membership when I change my marketplace? If you're a current Audible member, here's what to expect: Your membership plan will be updated. You'll be enrolled in the equivalent plan available in your new marketplace. Your new billing amount will reflect local pricing in the currency of your new country. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Your current plan remains active until your next renewal date. At that point, your new marketplace plan and pricing will begin. Your credits carry over. Any unused credits in your account will remain available and can be used before they expire, regardless of your marketplace. Note: Coupon balances cannot be transferred across marketplaces. What happens to my library? Your purchased titles stay in your library and remain accessible after you change your marketplace. However, some titles may become unavailable for playback if they are geo-restricted in your new country or region. If this happens, you'll see a message letting you know the title isn't available in your area. What do I need to complete a marketplace change? To complete a marketplace change, you'll need: A billing address in the country you're switching to.A payment method issued in that country. If you don't have a local payment method or billing address, you can still browse content in another marketplace, but you won't be able to complete the switch or sign up for a membership there. Note: If your Audible membership is managed through the App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe in your new country.
